Securing Appointment Date

Your appointment date(s)  will be secured when the signed contract and deposit is received. Bookings for weddings are on a “first-come-first-served” basis.  Your appointment will only be booked after receiving a deposit.  

Deposit

All reservations must be reserved and guaranteed with a deposit. All deposits are due after signing the bridal contract and  are non-refundable. 

Payment  

The remaining balance is due 24-hours before services or on the morning of the wedding.. Please make sure to have it ready in an envelope or send to my Zelle or cashapp.  Prices are subject to change as styling needs change. Prices do not include gratuity.

I only accept payments via cash, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle.

Contract/Appointment Changes  

All agreements will be in writing – wedding date and time, service date, time of arrival, and the number of guests to be serviced. Any changes/additions to guests or wedding party members requesting additional services after the contract is signed will be in writing; (no changes will be over the telephone). Changes will be accepted up to 14 days before the service date. Any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will result in a fee associated with this contract. 

The bride/individual signing this contract may permit only one other person to authorize/ submit and change any arrangements for the wedding party.

Late Arrivals  

A $20.00 fee applies if the wedding party is more than ten (10) minutes late without making contact. If a wedding party is late for the scheduled service appointment time(s) and notifies of a new arrival time, I may or may not be able to accommodate the new arrival time. If the scope of the original contract cannot be fulfilled due to client’s tardiness, services may be reduced; however, the client is liable for the original amount.  

*If a wedding party is more than one (1) hour late, the assumption is the client is a no-show. This results in the client forfeiting all deposits and or payments for the contracted services and is responsible for 100% of the estimated amount of services.
